kolektyvo ugdymas statusas T sritis švietimas apibrėžtis Bendro, visuomeniškai reikšmingo tikslo siekiančių grupės narių glaudaus bendravimo formavimas ir auklėjimo funkcijų diegimas moksleivių bendruomenei, kad ji būtų pajėgi formuoti brandžią asmenybę. Kolektyvo ugdymo funkcijos yra šios: organizacinė, kultūrinė ir stimuliuojamoji. Vykdydami organizacinę funkciją, pedagogai naudoja šiuos metodus: vienodų reikalavimų, kolektyvinės savitarnos, mokinių savivaldos. Siekdami formuoti mokinių kultūrą, pedagogai naudoja ir auklėtinius moko naudotis šiais metodais: informaciniu, paieškų (tiriamuoju, heuristiniu), diskusijų, tarpusavio švietimo.
